Is this a damaged disc? Looks pristine to the eye. Plays well in a settop player.

Well, in the opinion of the BD drive in your computer, it's got an unreadable section. And being in the 800 file, that's the one with the English signage and titles, per standard Disney practice. The same error might occur in the Spanish and French versions, depending upon which chapter it falls in.

Even if it looks pristine, cleaning might help. If not, I'd get it replaced.
