Have been ripped about 40 movies over the last couple of days. haven't had any problems.
upgraded to new version 1.9 (don't know if problems are related)

Today I got errors trying to rip the following movies
Tangled - blu ray
Megamind - blu ray
and Madagascar 2 - blu ray

Just uninstalled 1.9 and reinstalled 1.8.8
looks like it is going to be the same thing, it seems to be taking a really long time like the other errors did

errors as follows

any suggestions?

have been using makemkv and handbrake,
was wondering if I needed to look at other software to get these done such as maybe anydvd hd and clone bd or clone dvd
any suggestions on other software?

That error is saying that it can't read the disc. Clean the disc and try again, if that doesn't work try another drive or get the disc replaced.
