well i insert the bluray it shows me 'disc loading' but after it shows 'no disc'

"No disk" usually means the operating system reported a problem with the disk. Debug logging (link in my signature) can SOMETIMES give more information on this.

Another user reported a problem with this disk, but they later deleted their message and replaced it with "problem resolved!", and did not answer Mike's questions about it:

Make sure the disc is clean and try again. If it is happening to all discs then it might mean that your bluray/dvd drive needs to be replaced.
