Makemkv hangs trying to backup the movie. Are there plans to update Makemkv to v50?

Yes, version 1.8.15 adds support for AACSv50, and it's coming "real soon now" to also fix a problem with BD+ in 1.8.14.
But, if you had AACSv50, MakeMKV would note that in the log. Are you sure it isn't another issue? Debug logs would help....

I'm just getting that info from under the Source section on Makemkv after the disc loads where is says "Protection: AACS v50" (towards the top left side of the screen). If I try to do a backup of the disc Makemkv hangs, and I need to go into the windows task manager to shut if down as it becomes unresponsive.

For what it's worth this is the debug file. As I said MakeMKV hangs rather quickly and I need to use the task manager to kill it.

I'll be sending the movie back to Netflix in the AM (11/15/14), so if you need me to do anything else to help debug this let me know ASAP.
