I just received a Netflix rental copy of "Edge of Tomorrow" and the disc won't load in makemkv. It mounts in the Finder (OS X). After several minutes, I get the message:

MakeMKV v1.8.14 darwin(x86-release) started
Optical drive "BD-ROM hp DVDWBD TS-LB23L 0600d" opened in OS access mode.
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:NO SEEK COMPLETE' occurred while reading 'BD-ROM hp DVDWBD TS-LB23L 0600' at offset '909312'

Any suggestions? Thanks.

You won't get much support here for ripping rental disks, because it's not legal in most countries.

The error says there is a problem with the disk that keeps the player from reading it, so it's out of MakeMKV's hands in any case.
