Gamera Volume 2 does not encode video for track 4

Gamera Volume 2 does not encode the video for Gamera vs Guiron. It looks like it encoded correctly, but only encodes sound, but no video. The disc plays correctly in my BluRay player. VLC plays it correctly as well.

I have two copies of the disc. Both act exactly the same. I can send you my duplicate copy if you need something to experiment on. This is under Linux, but I expect it behaves that way on Windows/Mac as well. (I don't have a bluray drive on either of those systems.)

What do you mean by "encode"? MakeMKV does not recode the video, although you can have it recode some types of audio.

Posting your debug logs (see my signature for how to enable that) would help.

This track results in an mkv file that is audio only. No video displays, even though the track plays on the bluray player just fine.

I have a debug log, but I get the error "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached." when I try and upload it.

Any place to send it as an e-mail attachment? It is a 1.8M zip file.

Does your playback software support the video codec used by the video track?

Check the FAQ link in my signature; it has information on what to send with the debug long. You can email it to either support@makemkv.com or svq@makemkv.com for Mike to look at.

The rest of the disc rips fine. Track 4 gives a bunch of debug errors.

The created file is small. About 151megs or so. It only contains audio. It is VERY slow on this track. (The rip takes about 15 minutes for what should be a 10 gig file..)
