Having no luck trying to track down the proper source file .mpls and segment map. Another nasty load of fake titles.

That's not really an error. It's just BD-J protection. I'm guessing it's a Lionsgate film. Go ahead and email the dump files. There's only one program I know of that tackles that protection and tells you the correct playlist, and it's by SlySoft. It's expensive. If you haven't used the trial yet, you can try it out. I usually just search forums and someone nice enough that has the software mentions the correct playlist. I hope MakeMKV eventually can tackle this issue, but it's been going on for a while now. The Primary title feature in MakeMKV is unreliable right now. I think it just guesses.

Thanks Warrzone. I've been sleuthing on slysofts forums this afternoon and was reading into it. I'd have to agree, it does seem that these disk from Lionsfate tend to be stuffed to the brim with junk titles and the BD-J protection. Sigh, I hope this can be tackled with MakeMKV.

Any luck identifying the correct mpls file? I'm having the same problem!

I performed the File Backup, and piece each segment together bit by bit method... Took about 20 minutes.

This was on the Redbox version of the disc.
