Toy Story 3 BD, Wreck It Ralph BD, RIO BD

Toy Story 3 BD, Wreck It Ralph BD, RIO BD all fail to rip using version 1.8.10 Win(x64)
The common error is something like:
Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00800.m2ts' at offset '12134842368'

There are problems with some disks with version 1.8.10. Have you tried this with 1.8.9?
http://www.makemkv.com/download/old/ to get older versions, if you don't have the older version already.

Toy Story and Wreck it Ralph ripped fine for me though that was on older version so I'd suggest trying Woodstock's advice.

Bummer!!
I downloaded 1.8.9 and could not get either Toy Story 3 or Wreck it Ralph to work. I continue to get the following errors:

Anyone else have any ideas?
My Toy Story 3 Disc has the following around the center hole:
BVDL-124180A1 on one layer and BVDL-124180B1 on the other layer.

Toy Story # 3 BR fails the main film only, on MAC version 1.8.10

A "me too" for Wreck It Ralph BD - exact same symptoms with a brand new disc. I sent my info in to support - would encourage you to do the same.
