Corrupt files usually means a flaw in the disk or SOMETHING that prevents the drive from successfully reading the disk. "Clean" disks may not be as clean as you think.

I have multiple DVD and BD drives here. Sometimes a disk will refuse to read in one, but show no errors in a different drive. It all comes down to getting the little pits in the disk to reflect the right way.

This is a disc mastering error. Please submit a full debug log file (as written by MakeMKV, it contains all necessary data) to support@makemkv.com and workaround will be added.
