The Conjuring 2013 (BD 25 and BD50)

After about 5gb of writing from a BDMV file MakeMkv throws an error saying its has failed to write file. I am using MakeMkv for mac version 1.8.5
Debug logs would be helpful.... Link in signature for how to get them.
Saving to a local drive, or a network drive? Some setups have problems writing files over 4GB to network resources, because they think the device cannot handle large files.
