Accompanying that report is a path to a TGZ file on your system, that should be sent to svq@makemkv.com to be used for generating the fix...

I am getting an error message with the blu-ray dvd " The Heat " "BD+ code processed but no FUTs were obtained, errors may follow"

There are errors in the playback of the file. I downloaded MakeMKV version 185, re-registered and got the same results.

Woodstock - The file is too large to email (40+ MB) so I was going to upload it here, but that doesn't work either. The forum refreshes before the upload is done and the posting clears. Thoughts?

You will need to use a "drop box" service, and send the link to pick up the file to svq@makemkv.com . I'm not that familiar with the free ones, because I run my own web servers.... it's easy to forward big stuff to Mike for me! ;)

One mentioned in another message today is "sendspace.com".

In case they are needed, have posted an additional set of Bones: Season 8 SVQ dump files. URL to page containing a list of individual Disk dump files sent to the SVQ email address. Update for Disc 2 downloaded to system and, as others have already reported, is working correctly.

I'm having issues with the second (12th in the series) episode from bd disc 3 from the bones series.
MakeMKV fails to copy just the one track from the disc.

In the log window it keeps saying (i copied just one of the many lines because they're all the same except for the offset):

The source file '/BDMV/STREAM/00801.m2ts' is corrupt or invalid at offset 3461216256, attempting to work around

The disc is brand new from amazon. I've checked the disc for blemishes and none are visible to the naked eye when holding it up to a light or otherwise. I've also retried the disc in a different blu-ray drive although same make and model.
Is this still a problem with the physical disc and is that grounds for me to return it to amazon for replacement?

m3zercat - I've had no issues with this set - may not help but maybe a return? Does it play OK in your Blu-Ray player (video player)?

m3zercat - I've got similar problems with discs 2 and 3. I found eps 9 , 14 and 15 unreadable. I also found some ring-shaped blemishes with some weird dots on those two discs.
I believe those blemishes are not on plastic surface, they seem to be on reflective surface(s). Look closely with bright light, close to the middle of disc.
My copy is going back to Amazon UK.
