i bought the star wars series on blu ray. im using the beta linux version and the streaming doesnt work. will report after backing up if that works. thanks for the great software guys :)

well it seems the ripping to mkv works but the streaming doesnt, its reeeeeaaaallly choppy (both sound and video).
its protection is AACS v19, BD+ v2011.6

Playing with VLC? I wonder how much remuxing MakeMKV's streaming feature does - could be the bare minimum to make seamless branching work, for all we know.

Regarding Star Wars on BD and VLC, I noticed back when they were released that VLC didn't like the transport streams on that particular set of discs (even though any and all encryption was removed properly). Not sure whether MPlayer would fare any better, TBH.
