Corrupted video on this episode. At about:

00:03:16 - 00:03:29

The video turns into full-screen, colorful artifacts.

This happens on two different drives (a Samsung BD-R and LG BD-RW).

This segment of video plays correctly on my home BD player (Sony).

No errors in MakeMKV log.

Does this condition continue for the remainder of the disc or only for those few seconds that you mentioned?

can you playback with SMplayer and see if you get the same issue?

First of all let's rule out the data corruption. Can you please make a full disc backup with MakeMKV, and see if any hashcheck errors show up.
