Hi there,

Trying to convert Seasons 1-8 of Entourage on Blu-ray, and each disc I've tried gives the error "Failed to open disc."

AACS version is 27, with no BD+. Using a Digistor DIG-78102 (Panasonic UJ-265), which I've had no problems with before.

Would love to find a resolution for the eight discs I have awaiting conversion

Perhaps you could enable debugging and post a log of what is going on?

Never mind... I'm a huge idiot. I'd told it to skip anything under 2500 seconds long.

But, that should not give the failed-to-open error, just skip the "short" titles...

It is a good practice to have debugging enabled all the time. That way, if you have a problem in the future, you'll have the log ready to post.
