The Usual Suspects Error

This is one of my older Blu Rays so I am surprised to have an issue.
I tried several times and get the error:
Saving 1 titles into directory C:/Media/MKV_2
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00002.m2ts' at offset '11044257792'
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00002.m2ts' at offset '11044257792'
Failed to save title 0 to file C:/Media/MKV_2/title00.mkv
0 titles saved, 1 failed
Maybe the disc is just bad?
The title00.tgz does not seem to want to upload to this forum. I just get the uploading window forever.
