I'm looking around and seeing a lot of people with issues with Total Recall (2012).

Here's my story: I have three BluRay Drives, 2 externals, 1 internal. I ripped Total Recall on one, only to realize I ripped the wrong version (the one with VFX inserts over the film). That was ripped with my internal LG BluRay Drive (UH08LS10). Then I ripped the correct version using my HD-DVD hybrid drive. Both time it ripped okay... however... now, neither of those two drives will rip anything... even films I ripped on them just days before.

The one drive that Total Recall ***did not*** come in contact with, my HP (CT10L) external... that one is still able to rip anything I throw at it. Coincidence? Maybe. But certainly very very odd.

Of added interest, I bootcamped over to windows and WAS able to rip these problematic discs using ANYDVD-HD and ClownBD (No, I am not trying to encourage anyone to use another product. Fact is, I only keep them around if I have an issue with MAKEMKV, which is my number on, top of the list, first choice!)

Is there something going on here? Is there anything I can upload to help solve the problem. Please let me know.

Again, this might just be coincidental, but it sure is strange!

Impossible. Did you not read my entire post? Those SAME discs work if I jump over to windows and rip them there. It is not the discs. And it is not the drives.

The ONLY things those drives have in common in the past day is they were both used to rip Total Recall. If you search other posts, you will see others complaining about this VERY PROBLEM.
