Anyone help

Did you submit the file it saved to support@makemkv.com yet, so it can be analyzed? Without it, there isn't much that can be done to help...

Update to 1.7.10 and try again. Make sure the computer MakeMKV is installed on has an active internet connection and try again.

I was on 1.7.10 but remove and re-install and report back

Just tried it and again and no luck
