Hi! Welcome to the MakeMKV beta testing Forum.
Is yours an official, commercial Blu-ray?
I ask because, after searching the 'Net, everything seems to indicate a December 11, 2012 release date, 1and 1/2 months from now...

Yeah, this is a commercial blu-ray.
This is the one sold in Brazil.

You need to send the dump file "/Users/rsorelli/.MakeMKV/dump_Ice_Age__Continental_Drift_13965C66A4F960B6.tgz" to
svq@makemkv.com per instructions at
http://www.makemkv.com/svq/

Hi there
Today I just bought the German Retail Bluray (Ice Age 4 voll verschoben). And I tried to backup it without success. I downloaded the latest MakeMKV-Release (1.7.9) but I recieve the same Error as rsorelli.
I will send you the dump in a few minutes at mail. Subject: "Ice Age 4 - German".

Perhaps that very early Brazilian release is flawed.
On the other hand, it seems like the very early German release can now be processed properly...
