Lord of the Rings (both 1 and 2) rips steadily studder

Just ripped 2 towers and fellowship. When I went to playback thru WD live SMP both movies studder. It just looks like the frame rate is off. There has been no change to settings, tv, etc. Every other movie plays fine as well as some that were ripped after these. I've never noticed frame rate options for encoding in the program. Did I miss something? Thanks.
