Legally Blonde 2 - Korean(?) titles and bad output

I was trying to rip "Legally Blonde 2", using MakeMKV 1.7.6. All titles come up in what looks like Korean. So I rip the two big ones anyway, but Handbrake 0.9.8 tells me "No Valid Source Found" when I try to open the resulting MKV files. So that's a bust. The disk plays fine in a BD player.
The first "Legally Blonde" ripped just fine, FWIW.
Suggestions?
