Immortals SCSI error illegal mode for this track

any ideas what this is about? I tried the suggestion in the troubleshooting section and that didn't do anything.
Sorry, my crystal ball broke. Until I can get it fixed can you do the following please?
1. Turn on debugging.
2. Post the whole log.
3. Wait until someone here reads it and replies.
