Unable to rip The Dead

Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occured while reading '/BDMV/STREAM00001.mts2' at offset 1628762112
got that read error 4 times then failed at 1628897280 several times.
Reported as failed - no copy

This is an error message from your drive. It's telling you it can't read the disc.
This is not a MakeMKV issue, this is a hardware issue.
There are 2 possibilities:
- Your disc is dirty/damaged/poorly manufactured.
- Your drive is dying.
Option one is significantly more likely. Try cleaning the disc, if that doesn't work then return it for a new one.
