MakeMKV crashed hard (i.e. I got some message popup reading something like "Fatal Error - program terminated") before finishing the rip of title02. Interestingly, title00 and title01 ripped okay. see attached log file
PS: I am still desperately searching for a copy of the "American Theatrical" release of The Big Blue (the one with the music score by Bill Conti). I learned too late that Netflix streamed it in HDTV!! Does anyone here happen to have a copy?
