In Time Blu-Ray error

I received a fail error at the end of extracting the movie In Time, attached is the log.

002003:0000 Error 'Scsi error - ILLEGAL REQUEST:ILLEGAL MODE FOR THIS TRACK' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00882.m2ts' at offset '6536687616'
Drive is dirty or failing - Try cleaning with a DVD-Bluray cleaning disc (Maxell makes one that sells for about $10US)
OR
The disc is either dirty or damaged. Try cleaning the disc and examine for phyical damage.
If the disc is damaged, return to the place of purchase in exchange for a new one...
