Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 3 failed to rip properly

I am using makemkv 1.7.2, running on Fedora 14. I am just working with the first disc. It rips a total number of 10 titles, which seems one more than it should be (7 titles, 2 special features are on this disc), and the contents of the tracks is not what it should be. Four of the ten tracks are the same, a picture of the cover and the audio is the theme song. The first track and the forth track has multiple episodes within it (as far as I can tell they are duplicates of one another, 13.8GB). I have processed the discs from season 1 and 2, they worked flawlessly.
Let me know and I can make the dump files available
Thanks!

Hi,
I am also having an issue with converting a Blu Ray disc (Star Wars - The Clone Wars) to an .mkv file. I have tried this on 2 different machines running Win 7 SP1, with the same result. The disc is brand new so that is not an issue. I will send the details requested of "dcv74656" to the "
support@makemkv.com" mail box to assist in troubleshooting. If you need anything else please let me know.
Cheers

I have upgraded to 1.7.3 and 1.7.4 and have experienced the same issue.
What other information can I provide to help solve this issue?

This looks like both bug in MakeMKV and extremely badly mastered disc ( perhaps on purpose ). The bug should be fixed in the next version, but you'll still get a single gigantic file with all episodes concatenated.

Error still evident in v1.7.6. Do you need any further info?

As I've mentioned earlier, the single "one huge" file with all concatenated episodes is unfortunately not a bug - that's how the disc is mastered. Your only option is to cut the produced MKV file with mkvtoolnix.

Could be talking at cross purposes here. My issue is with Star Wars The Clone Wars movie, not the TV Series which is what I think you are referring to. I realise the topic is "Star Wars The Clone Wars Season 3" but I did not want to raise another issues as this seemed to cover the problem encountered initially. Should I raise a separate issue to address the problem with the The Clone Wars movie?

All the episodes are seperate files on the actual blu-ray disc.
This can be fixed and was fixed by for various discs, like Weeds - Season 1:
