Star Trek (2009)

I am unable to get this movie to work. I tried twice, same error. I searched and found one thread with this movie and mentioned to clean the drive. mine is only a month old so I doubt that relates to me. I hope someone can help.
Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:L-EC UNCORRECTABLE ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00000.m2ts' at offset '12032802816'

The disc is scratched, is a bad pressing, or is otherwise damaged in such a way that the drive cannot make an exact copy bit by bit.

Other causes may be heavy fingerprints, peanut butter and jelly, etc. Try carefully and thoroughly cleaning the disc...

Definitely hardware issue, I have successfully backed up this movie with current MakeMKV.

I have the same errors:

What kills me, is that this is the first disc I have tried to backup since buying a license. All of my tests during the trial worked flawlessly.

FWIW
When MakeMKV failed, I had selected to rip only track 3. Going back and selecting to rip the entire disc was successful.
