I tried to rip "cloudy with..." and "Ratatouille" and both rips stopped after just a couple of minutes. I marked the biggest title with most chapters and it always stopps at a certain point and thinks its done, just as it would do no more than one chapter. Also I can't hear any sound in the VLC Player. Using 1.7.1 on a Mac 10.7.3
I'm probably doing something wrong - but what. please help

Since these are older titles, I'd suggest that you try cleaning the discs and examine them for physical damage (scratches, etc.)
