Iron Man - Can't Backup

I'm receiving the following from the log when I try to backup Iron Man on Blu-ray using MakeMKV on Mac 10.7.2:

I'm receiving the following from the log when I try to backup Iron Man on Blu-ray using MakeMKV on Mac 10.7.2:
I tried returning and getting another disc since I was receiving similar errors before. Do I need to send it back again? I was able to backup Iron Man 2 with no problems. I just upgraded to the latest version of MakeMKV to see if it was resolved but it isn't. Any ideas?Saving 1 titles into directory /Users/berlin1525/Desktop/Iron Man
