the ten commandments 1956

i'm trying to copy two different copies of the ten commandments and ben hur and keep getting errors. any help would be greatly appreciated. i've cleaned the discs. there are no obvious things on the disc. i'm using a dell latitude e5450 with a pioneer bdp-x509 drive that's attached with two usb cables to the pc. running windows 11.
