Having Error's ripping certain parts of a disc

I just bought a new copy of the Breaking Bad complete series Blu-Ray, and i'm having issues with ripping some episodes but not others. I've listed the error messages below and was hoping if anyone could give me some solutions on how to fix this!
Error 'Scsi error - NOT READY:CANNOT READ MEDIUM - INCOMPATIBLE FORMAT' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00275.m2ts' at offset '1487536128'
Error 'OS error - The specified request is not a valid operation for the target device' occurred while reading '\Device\CdRom0' at offset '1487536128'
