MakeMKV thinks that I have got another Decrypting Software installed

I tried to use MakeMKV and I have encountered an error on two discs while a third disc works perfectly fine. The discs are clean. However, I have encountered this error I attached as a screenshot. Error handling summary and tried solutions summarized by Gemini:
