I encountered the same error. Should I submit a dump file as well?

If your dump file has a different name than the one wyliec2 posted, then yes, you should submit your dump file.

Assuming wyliec2 emailed the dump to
svq@makemkv.com, then the necessary key will eventually be available. It is acceptable, however, to submit your dump as well just in case.
