Hi, I know this isn't technically the correct place (Blu-ray discs) as it's actually a HD-DVD disc, but closer to Blu-ray than UHD or DVD
)
Anyway I have been ripping my old hd-dvd's to mkv files with MakeMKV with no issues apart from some "rotted" titles. However this movie T2 - Kinowelt German steelbook dosen't fail like the other titles with disc rot (loads of seek errors etc) - it pretty much instantly comes back with the below error after clicking the icon.
DEBUG: Code 0 at *\c;H7&7bPZ$X:213129823
Failed to open disc
Is this an issue where the software cant find the disc in an online database lookup and so giving this error - or just another rotted disc. Its probably the one I most wanted to make a copy out of my collection !
I don't have access to a physical player anymore.
Any clarification / help would be greatly appreciated,
