I use SamuriHL's KeyDBTool for Windows and search my disc ID there and it found the key there like this:

[KEYDB_STATUS]: (VALIDATED)
[MakeMKV SUPPORTED]: TRUE

I have already copied the newest keydb.cfg file to my C:\Users\USER\.MakeMKV directory but makeMKV stills fails to decrypt:

Code: Select all

The volume key is unknown for this disc - video can't be decrypted
Failed to open disc

What could be the reason?

You did extract the file from the zip?
It is a physical disc and not an ISO?
