Leaving this tgz dump here, hoping to receive some decryption assistance. The disc in question is the Be Forever Yamato: REBEL 3199_part 4 blu-ray release from Bandai Namco. As with Part 3, this latest release has protection that I'd like assistance breaking.

Dumps should be submitted via email to svq@makemkv.com for processing. You can also upload it to a download service (like Google or similar) and post a link for the keydb people to pull it, and add it to the keydb database.

Posting the actual file here only works if it is smaller than 4.0mb, and it slows down the process of getting it into MakeMKV's native support.
