I'm trying to do a full disk backup of the Black Swan bluray with MakeMKV v1.6.14 and it throws up some debug messages and fails.

I'm not sure what the problem is.

I hope this is enough info to debug the problem.

The program failed because the directory

Code: Select all

D://backup/BLACK_SWAN
is somehow incorrect. I guess the double slash is the problem.

I think you may have picked up on another bug.

In the preferences, Video tab, the default destination.

I have mine set to SemiAuto D:/

But when you look in the log it appears like this

Code: Select all

Backing up disc into folder "D://backup/SERIOUS_MAN"
and it copies just fine.

if i set the output location to D:\ it shows up as

Code: Select all

Backing up disc into folder "D:\/backup/SERIOUS_MAN"
in the log and still copies fine.

Maybe, but what your error log shows, that the program failed to create output directory for backup with error "path is incorrect". Maybe disk D: was reassigned?
