I cannot decrypt this Blue Ray Who, Who Are You. First one I have had an issue with,
The description from Make MKV and the File dump are not in a jpg format, and I cannot upload them

MakeMKV info

AACS V82
MakeMKV v1.18.2c win64
Disck uses newer version of AACS protection

Will watch for update when and if available
