The latest public KeyDB database already has a reord for your disc:

Disc ID: 2C9E1F6E9579C74E0D7FD3FA157595884497233B
Dump file: MKB_v82_THE_OTHER_A39E

Try downloading it and extracting it to your MakeMKV data directory (where the dumps gp).
