This Vanilla Sky bluray disc does have some minor scratches, but I have burned a lot worse. What logs do you need and how do I make the logs?

as of right now ( 9-14-2025) I have the newest version of MakeMKV 1.18.1 for windows 11
my windows 11 has all the updates as of right now ( just did all the updates on 9-13-2025 )

It looks like the optical drive can't read that disc properly. If cleaning the disc doesn't help, try getting another copy.
