How to fix the reading errors? I get errors only on specific Blu Ray Discs.

Hi,

I am using a techpulse120 drive with libre drive enabled. So far I could process all of my dvd and blu ray discs, but one.
I tried cleaning the disc multiple times, but the errors persist. I noted that the errors occured at different positions each time I tried to rip the disc. Is this an indication, that the errors are fixable?

It appears that your drive and LibreDrive setup are functioning properly, but those shifting read errors typically indicate a potential disc issue—either minor scratches, dirt in the protective layer, or manufacturing defects. If cleaning doesn’t help, try lowering the read speed (using MakeMKV or tools like AnyDVD/ImgBurn) or another drive, since some drives handle bad sectors better. If errors keep moving around, it often means the disc is physically marginal, but sometimes still ripable with patience and multiple passes.

Changing speed and/or read buffer size didn't change the result. I tried another ten times to rip the Blu Ray disc.
AnyDVD is not supported anymore, so I won't try it.
Therefore, I am still stuck with the error and it's changing offset locations.

Any more ideas, that I can try?

If a thorough cleaning of the disc with soapy water doesn't help, it's probably a faulty disc.
