AACS v82 dump_HTB0211

This is a machine translation of Japanese, so there may be some inaccuracies. I apologize.
You said to submit a dump file, but I attached the [~.tgz] file generated by MakeMKV and sent it to
svq@makemkv.com.
Is it correct that you then uploaded the same file to this forum?
If I'm not mistaken, I would appreciate it if you could help.
At the moment, it seems that it doesn't play in VLC either.
Please let me know if there are any mistakes.
Thank you in advance.

Emailing the dump file to
svq@makemkv.com is the correct thing to do. It will be processed and eventually made available as a
hashed key.
There is a separate process called the Public KeyDB. If you make the dump file available for download on the internet somewhere and post a link, they can add a key to the keyDB.
MakeMKV can use the built-in hashed key mechanism and it can also use the Public KeyDB if you set it up to do so.
Google Translate wrote:

Thank you for your reply, dcoke22!
It's really helpful that you even included a Japanese translation.
First of all,
>Emailing the dump file to
svq@makemkv.com is the correct thing to do.
I've completed that.
Next, you provided a link to a detailed explanation of the [Public KeyDB] method in [Public KeyDB Disc Submissions], so I read that.
If I'm not misreading it,
>Pioneer drives are not supported for public key database use.
Unfortunately, my own drive is
Manufacturer: PIONEER
Product Name: BD-RW BDR-209M
so I thought this method wouldn't work.
So I'll wait for a response from the MakeMKV team.
Finally.
However, it's possible that the nuance of what I'm saying is completely different when translated using Google Translate, resulting in a very rude statement... I apologize if that's the case.
Thank you so much again for replying and teaching me so much!

I looked closely at my post and realized the attachment wasn't uploaded...
I'm sorry.
I tried to upload the dump file again, but
I got the message "Sorry, the board attachment quota has been reached."
I couldn't upload it.
I got an error saying the board attachment limit had been reached, but is this an error caused by a mistake on my part or some other error resulting from repeated postings and mistakes, or are there currently restrictions on uploads?
In this case, am I correct in thinking I can just upload it somewhere and post a link to it?
I would appreciate it if someone could explain.

Yes, you will have to upload the file to a different host and post the link here.

Dumps from some Pioneer drives may still work. Yours may be ok. You can't attach the dump here. You should upload it to another host such as google drive, one drive, mediafire etc and post the download link here.

Dear Toad King and Marty McNuts,
Thank you for your reply.
I tried uploading it to Google Drive after receiving advice to upload it to another location and then linking to it.
I think it should be shareable.
Here's the link:

Thank you all for your help.

It looks like the disc has been added to the KeyDB now. To use it with MakeMKV you can use either
SamuriHL's tool if you are on Windows, or follow
keydb_helper's guide otherwise.

Thank you for your reply, Toad King.
Thank you again for letting me know that KeyDB has been added.
You also provided a link explaining the steps from there, which was very helpful.
We're currently in the process of reading it. (It has been successfully recognized.)
Thank you very much to everyone who helped out.
I may need your help again in the future. I hope you'll help me out again then.
Well then, I'll be off.
