AACS v82 Blu-ray Disc dump submission

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble decrypting two new Blu-ray discs with MakeMKV (v1.18.1, macOS) despite updating to the lastest version of keydb.cfg (English).

Attached is the .tgz file.

Would be very grateful if this could be included in the next keydb.cfg update.
