This was a newly-released blu-ray (May 2025) from Japan and I cannot decode it with MakeMKV. Attaching the dump below. Please let me know if you need any other information. Thanks for the help!

This is in the keydb. Download and extract it to your MakeMKV data directory. Alternatively if you're on windows you can use my tool to do it for you:
