EAGLE EYE BLU RAY 'BACK-UP FAILED'

Just tried to back-up mu copy of Eagle Eye on Bly Ray and about half way through got the error message 'Back-Up Failed'
Any suggestions as to what might have happened would be much appreciated :-)

This is a physical disc error. To get more details please install DASPI driver.

So possibly a scratch on the disc. I'll install that driver, thanks for your help :)
