v82 AACS dump for "STAR BLAZERS REBEL 3199: CHAPTER 3"

Hi,
Leaving this tgz dump here, hoping to receive some decryption assistance. The disc in question is the Be Forever Yamato: REBEL 3199_part 3 blu-ray release from Bandai Namco. The first two parts (episodes 1~6, also on blu-ray) were ripped without issue. This latest release is proving to be a headscratcher though.
