AACS - newer version of AACS protection can't decrypt
It's the same as the title.
I downloaded the latest KEYDB.cfg file and tried copying it to MakeMKV's data directory, but it didn't work either.
Please cooperate.

Both discs have valid entries in the KEYDB.cfg which makemkv should be able to use. Try downloading the newest Version and make sure to name the file "KEYDB.cfg", as the capitalization is important. The right folder is where the dumps are created.
