Error 'Scsi error - MEDIUM ERROR:ID CRC OR ECC ERROR' occurred while reading '/BDMV/STREAM/00414.m2ts' at offset '12200638464'
That's a disc error. Swap it for a new one.

Hi!
Before you consider the suggestion by "crowfax" to return the disc in exchange for a replacement, you might try simply cleaning it...

Thanks for the tips, I'll give the disc a quick cleaning and try again tonight. I'll post an update with the results.
