AACS v82 status

As many have certainly noticed, discs with AACS v82 were just released. This is a major AACS update, it revokes both keys and certificates - everything one can possibly revoke.
If you have a LibreDrive-enabled drive, you are not affected. But you have to submit the dumps for now.
All regular drives got revoked, and cannot be accessed by current 1.17.9 (or any currently available) version of MakeMKV. This will be fixed in the next update - 1.18.0 .
