I keep getting this error

I've been ripping my Blu-ray collection and getting this error with some of them.

That error can occur if your drive has a problem switching to "side 2", so it can read the first "side", but has problems when it switches tracks.

The first thing to try is to gently clean the disc even if the disc is brand new. I like to use liquid dish soap, plenty of warm water, and a can of air to dry the disc without touching it. There are, however, lots of methods for cleaning a disc.
