I have two copies of a national treasure Blu-ray. It’s one of my favorite movies so when I tried to rip the Blu-ray instead of the DVD that I have it will stop it is one specific spot on both discs both discs look very clean and I don’t know why it will not rip. I have a flashed WP50nb40 for 4k

National Treasure (2004) blu-ray seems to be a dual-layer disc. If I had to guess, I would guess the optical drive is stalling out at the layer change, probably about half way through.

It is around half but it does triple layer UHd’s and dual layers all the time and night at the museum Battle of the Smithsonian around the same spot

That’s weird because it will do triple layer UHD disks just fine every time and it’ll do dual layers some times there’s a couple other movies that didn’t work either

Probably most of my other movies will do the same thing, is there a way to fix it?

You could try gently cleaning the disc. Personally, when I have to clean a disc I use liquid dish soap and plenty of warm water. I lightly use my fingertip going back and forth from the inside to the outside and back again. I rinse with lots of water to remove all the soap then lay the disc label side down on a towel and used canned air to dry the data side. Make sure the disc is dry before it goes back into the optical drive.
If cleaning the disc doesn't work, trying the disc in a different drive might help. In my experience the same disc in a different drive sometimes produces different results. Not always, of course, but often. It seems like some drives just don't like some discs. The biggest improvement to my success rate for ripping discs came when I added a second, different drive.

I doubt it if you've already cleaned it and made multiple attempts. And I know you said you can't afford to buy another drive, but I'll mention anyway that I successfully ripped
National Treasure on Blu-Ray using the BP50NB40 model that's
currently on sale at Best Buy for $80. Good luck.
